Good dehydrator, slow support
I ordered the stainless steel food dehydrator and a set of silicone dehydrator sheets. The order process was smooth enough, and the items arrived in about 6 days to my address in Ohio. Everything was well-packed, and the dehydrator itself seems robust, not flimsy like some others I've seen. I had a question about the optimal temperature for drying herbs, and I sent an email to customer service. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me, which felt a bit slow. Once they did, the answer was helpful. The dehydrator works as expected; I've made some great dried apples already. The sheets are also good quality.
Solid kettle, minor shipping issue
